After my delightful experience with brownies a few months back, I was excited when my Mom sent me this article she found. We’re pretty good about eating our veggies so I don’t need to “hide” them, I’m just really fascinated with making things healthier without sacrificing the taste. The article is a little small here (scanned in), but you can read the article here on Redbook’s website.

I’m totally going to try these, starting with the green! And thanks mom, for continuing to make sure I’m eating my veggies 🙂
